Meindl USA Return Policy

At Meindl USA we offer a 60-day return policy with free return shipping (in the lower 48 states), one time per order, boots must be returned in original condition. If you need to exchange for another pair/size, we will cover the shipping to have the replacement boots shipped to you. Please note, if you would like to exchange for a different boot, the original boot will need to be entered as a refund, and the new boot will need to be ordered separately. Please make sure the boots being returned meet the below requirements:

    • Returned in the original Meindl box, not damaged.
    • Tags are attached to the boots.
    • Boots are clean, in a condition that can be resold as new: unused and not showing signs of being worn outside.
    • Special order items excluded.

Start My Return/Exchange

    1. Visit Meindl USA’s Exchange/Return portal.

    2. Enter your original order number along with zip code, phone number or email.

    3. Click the product(s) you plan to return as well as select the action you prefer, Exchange or Refund, and note the reason for the return.

    4. Select shipping choice:

        1. Ship with our prepaid return label (If selected, the label will be emailed to the email on record at the time of purchase).

        2. Ship with your own carrier.

    5. Please make sure to put the shipping label on the original shipping box and not on the Meindl boot box.

Return/Exchange Process

Once your return arrives at our warehouse your boots will be inspected within 5 business days and determined if they meet the standards per our Return Policy as stated above. If the returned boots are deemed to have met these standards Meindl USA will process your return or exchange as directed.

 

    • Refund Request: Upon approval a full refund will be issued back to the original form(s) of payment used to make the original purchase, less original shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of warehouse review.
    • Exchange Request:
      • A new order will be created for the requested size and be shipped to you.

      • Exchange requests for sizes no longer in stock will be placed on back order until the next size arrives.

      • Exchange requests for discontinued style/sizes no longer in stock will be issued a refund back to the original form(s) of payment used to make the original purchase, less original shipping costs.

    • Boots That Fail Return Requirements:
      • Boots arrive showing signs of light use and are not in new condition to sell as new to another customer (tags removed, dirty, or worn outside, for instance), the customer will be charged a restocking fee, or the boots will be delivered back to the customer and will not be eligible for return or exchange.
      • Boots returned with significant signs of use/wear are not eligible to be returned and will be delivered back to the customer upon receipt.
