Meindl is leading the way by bring the newest technology from Gore with their Gore-Tex® Air Fibre®, insulation that you can find in the Kibo GTX® Hunter 300, EuroLight Hunter 300, and Lady EuroLight Hunter 300.

Shoes engineered with GORE-TEX insulated comfort product technology are designed for cold weather and outdoor activities in winter.

They combine durability, waterproofness and optimized breathability with insulation for use in cold weather conditions, which makes them an ideal solution for a wide range of outdoor activities. Water and snow stay outside while perspiration escapes from the inside. Thanks to their insulated inner lining they offer reliable protection from the cold, which makes them an ideal solution for a wide range of outdoor activities.  

The new insulation material is a high bulk volume fleece made with lightweight, synthetic hollow fibres. The arrangement of the fibres produces a three-dimensional structure, which traps more air while using fewer fibres. This lowers the weight of the material by 15%.
